Process Flow

How does the process work?

We have processes in place for every service that we provide, but sometimes we find that certain amount of flexibility is required for us to match our client’s workflow. Thus, we have a two-way approach—either we use predefined processes or we work with the client to tailor the processes to our client’s needs. When using our own processes, EZEN LPO establishes the relevant workflow and fine-tunes it along the way to reflect any changes as required by our clients.

We encourage our clients to take advantage of our easy-to-use case management tool, which provides detailed case status tracking for all of the pending cases and the work that we have done so far. However, if our clients prefer otherwise, we are also open to adapting our processes to in-house case management systems. It is our mission to serve our clients in a diligent manner, and so we maintain flexibility in our services.
